We understand that investing in these services is a significant decision, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we also acknowledge that managing a Web3 platform can be complex. Therefore, we have established a fair and transparent refund policy. While we strive to accommodate refund requests, BuyTiq reserves the right to approve or deny refunds at our sole discretion.


2. Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • If a purchased service has not been delivered or initiated within the agreed timeline.
  • If there are technical issues on our end that prevent the service from being completed.
  • If the service provided does not match the described features or specifications.
  • If a refund request is made within 7 days of purchase, subject to review.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Services that have already been delivered and utilized.
  • Custom development work that has been started or completed.
  • Delays caused by third-party integrations or client-side issues.
  • Change of mind or lack of understanding of the service purchased.


3. Refund Process

- Refunds can be issued as store credit or returned to the original credit/debit card or cryptocurrency wallet used for the transaction.
- Store credit is applied instantly, while card and crypto refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.
- To request a refund, customers must submit a written request via our official support channels with proof of purchase and a valid reason.


4. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically.
